In order to make it as near as may be a matter of indifference in point of pecuniary Interest to the ?
whether the Collection were published speedily or otherwise, so that they may be
left free to use that degree of expedition which their judgement by
any consideration but that of anything but the exigencies of the business matter committed to them shall
pronounce competent, their appointments, may consist of a yearly Salary to a
certain amount and proportional adequate a gross Sum to be paid at completion, apportional to the
