4. The said Governor may thereupon also transmitt to
the Post Master of the Town indicated by the said Ward
a like instrument of Assignment executed by him the said
Governor, as also a like Instruction relative to the delivery
of such Assignment to the said Ward.

5. Such Instructions as aforesaid being respectively ac-
-cording to the Forms marked [F. 12. & F. 13.] the Post-
-Master to whom the same is directed shall conform
to the same: for the doing whereof he may take of
such Guardian and such Ward respectively as a fee for
the delivery of every such instrument of Assignment
6d: and for the attestation & retransmission of such
Bond 6d: and no more: and moreover if he shall have
received from the said Governor a proper blank certificate
declarative of such Act of delivery which Certificate may be
according to the Form marked [F. 1A.] shall according to
the truth of the case fill up such Certificate and shall re-
-transmitt the same signed by him to the said Govern-
-or at the said Penitentiary-House.
