On suspension, Trus-
-tees to be appointed
by the Court—

Art.8. In case of suspension, order shall there-
-upon be take by the Court for the temporary ma-
-nagement of the Establishment, by appointing a
person or persons in quality of Trustee or Trustees
to conduct the same for the benefit as well of the
private estate of the Governor as of the public ser-
-ive.

On amotion, Govern-
-or to be appointed by
the Crown—

Art.9. In case of removal, whether immediate,
or in consequence of suspension, a new Governor
may at any time be appointed by his Majesty in
Council either during good behaviour or during plea-
-sure, but subject to such trusts for the benefit as
well of the former Governor's estate as of any other in-
-dividuals interested, as shall be limited by order of
the said Court of King's Bench.

-ment gratis and at
any time—

Art.10. And Whereas the devising the pro-
-per means of reconciling the publicity of the ma-
-nagement of the said Penitentiary House with
the necessary attention to security and the care
requisite to be taken not to disturb the economy
thereof is under the controul of the Court of King's
Bench, purposely left to the discretion of the
Governor, among which means may be the taking
