PERJURY. Division of.
Perjury being nothing but the speaking with certain solemnities 
 of that which being false to the speaker is also is known believed not to <hi rend='superscript'>to be so
 be true indivisible we must   in the different purposes for which there can be a men can have
 motion in men to committ  to make it with these  columnities, & the motive
 to make it falsely. 
Injury is may be 1st Causa~ propria~.   Causa~ alvenir~ 
 2 Both It may be  Contentious litigatory -  Uncontentious Extra - litigatory
  3.  It may be 1st lucrative whereas <hi rend='superscript'><foreign>causas~ propria</foreign></hi>  division 
 4.  It may be 1  in comulative   in criminalities
 5.  In criminalities it may be 1st Accusative 
 Exculpative.
 This is not to be regarded as mere logical -drawing; since 
 there are none of all
 these differences there is never 
 one that has not such a real correspondent  difference in the 
 nature of the crime, as often to indicate the
 expediency of a differance in point of treatment.
