Court of Justice. as of a Trader to injure a
rival Trader.

The true mark in this case which serious or might come to distinguishes
a conspiracy wrongful from a lawful competition, seems
to be - a man's bothering his own taking his own advantage, not directly
by an action? of benefit to himself, but
individually, by a working of detriment to his rival.
