Disputes between Governor
and payee of an Indemnification

King's Bench

Art.12. And Whereas in virtue of this Act the
Governor is bound to periodical attendance at the Court of King's
Bench and may likewise at any time be personally convened
& examined by and before the same on which occasions justice
maybe done against him in a more speedy and substantial
manner than according to the ordinary forms of an Action
at Law Be it enacted that any dispute between the
Governor and the Party or Parties in whose favour any such
Bill may come to have been drawn shall be heard & determined
in the summary way abovementioned & not otherwise.
