S. Beneficent information function

Art. 1. In the exercise of this function, on application
made to him, he affords beneficient and useful information and advice, on
various occasions, to the otherwise helpless in so far as
the means in his power extend, and his employments time admitts.

Art. 2.
Of these occasions examples are as follows
