restrictive Clause — as in the above Chain of
Offences relating to the Coin the Clause requiring
the Knowledge of it's Baseness, or of the
Tools in Question being contrived for that Use
— In that relative to Deer stealing the Clause
requiring an Intent to steal accompanying
the Act of Entry into the Place where they
are kept: the not being able to give a good Account
of the Manner of coming by them when
in one's Possession; and so on.
To the first Sort when untill some
one can give me a better Name, I must give the
logical one of Accessories of Unqualified Categorical; to
the other that of Qualified Hypothetical Description: to
the Clause abovementioned, that the guarding protecting<add> qualifying
or protective+Clause.
