Question of the demand for a Sub-Code particular Pr Sub
Code, having for its bearing relation to and denominated
from persons thus occupied, what is the cause of demand?
Answer. The extreme need of prom the maximum of
promptitude, in respect of whatsoever remedy is deemed to
be applied to the evils, of to which their occupation is
liable to give birth. Of this remedy the principal,
if not sole, peculiarity, will be - the nature of the Judication
to which the power of making application
of it shall be allowed. For - the persons who

subjects of in this regulation? They are all sorts of
persons of all sorts classes without exception: The which and
as in regard to their rights that may require effectuation to be carried into effect,
