The Draught unnecessary — will be glad to find Temporary Panopticon
practicable.
MrRose presents his Compliments to MrBentham
as the Draft of his intended Contract with the Treasury
is to be printed, he submitts to him , whether it is
worth while to have it copied, as it is extremely long,
otherwise MrRose will send it with th pleasure — if
the plan is found capable of being carried into execution,
it will afford MrRose great satisfaction. (a)
