- and becomes void in case of disability on the part of the G Guardian.
3. This Assignment sh will become void in
in any of the events following, that is to say:
1. The decease of the said F. B
2. His having becominge insane
3. His having ceasinged to be a Housekeeper within this
Kingdom of Great Britain: although if he omitt
to give due notice of such to the Governor, his Bondsmanship will by Article
Article of Section VIII
of the said Act, remain
in force against him
notwithstanding
4. His having been being declared a Bankrupt.
5. His having made a general composition with
Creditors
6. His having taken the benefits of any Insolvent
Act
7. His having been for a month together under
confinement in any Prison or Prisons within
this said Kingdom,
8. His having been outlawed, or committed of any offense
of the rank degree of felony or punished with sentenced to corporal punishment
other than emprisonment for less term than as above.
N.B. This deed is to be executed by all the coparties

So also on any partyin case of any notice of
viz. the Governor Friendly Guardian and the Friendly
Guardian's Ward
Recall given to the said I. P. by me or any my Representative in conjunction
with the said F. G. recalling remanding
him the said I Q P. to the Metasylum.
IV: Clause in the Act inserted for the information
of the Ward, shewing what he is to do in the
event of this Assignment ceasing to be in force
