Thames Police Bill

aforesaid: and if any person to whom any such and if and person to whom any such
suspect suspected article or articles as aforesaid shall have been
brought or offered as aforesaid (he or she having
reasonable cause for suspicion, as aforesaid) shall
wilfully forbear or neglect to apprehend, secure or and convey
deliver over any such person or persons or any

such article or articles as aforesaid to any such Justice or any
Police such Constable as aforesaid or to seize such articles
as aforesaid he she every such person so forbearing
or neglecting shall shall be deemed and adjudged guilty of a
misdemeanor: and on conviction shall suffer
as herein after mentioned.
