livelyhood living by bringing for the purpose of sale, in
any Boat, Lighter or other such Vessel, to any Ship or
other and other such Vessel, then being in any Port or Nevigable River,
or to any Boat or other such Vessel belonging to
any such Ship or other such vessel, any Garden
Stuff, Spirituous or other Liquors, Tobacco, Apparel
or other articles called Slops, or any other articles, for
the purpose of selling the same to the Crew of any
