hand articles composed any second hand articles or masses consisting wholly or principally of Gold
Silver, Copper, Tin, Lead, Iron, Steel, Zinc, Bismuth, Brass,
Bell-metal, Pot-metal, , or any other kind
of metal or semi-metal, pure, plated or in mixture,
by wholesale: that is to say, to the amount of 2d lb in
