It is proposed to establish a daily morning News
paper attractions superior to any that are at
this momentin the field of compoetition.
First, by the introduction of information from
sources unexploredby or in accessible to the now-existing
Newspapers. At a time when almost all the countries of
Europe are agitated by political discussions the Newspapers
of France and Germany are almost the only fountains
of knowledge. The proceedings even of the National
Assemblies obtain no notice in our Journals - 1 The
Diet of Hungary:,2 the Chambers of Sweden,3 the Storthing
of Norway,4 the States General of Holland, 5 the Senate of
Poland, meet, - and even the most important of
their proceedings - such as change the whole political
arrangements of society - are seldom or never reported
