§ 5 Licences at under
rates to purchasers
having several
licences.

§. 5. Provided also, and be it further enacted, that every person having taking
out a licence as a Purchaser of Second-hand
Household or other goods for sale shall be entitled
to take out a licences as a Wholesale Purchaser<lb/>of Rags and Cordage for sale to Paper-makers,
or as a Retail Purchaser of Rages and Cordage
for Paper-making sale to Paper-makers, as a <hi rend="underline">Purchaser of Second-</hi>
hand Apparel, Piece-goods and Remnants, as a
Purchaser of Second-hand Naval Stores and as
aWholesale Purchaser of Second-hand Metals
for sale respectively at the following inferior rates following that is to
say:

Provided also that any person take out a
licence as a Purchaser of Second-hand Apparel,
Piece-goods and Remnantsl, shall be entitled
to take out a licences as a Purchaser of Second-
hand Naval Stores, as a
Wholesale Purchaser of Rags
and unserviceable Cordage for sale to Paper-making ers, and as a Retail
Purchaser of Rags
and unserviceable
Cordage for sale to
Paper-makers
respectively, at the
reduced inferior rates following, that is to say:
