The order in which Your Committee will
have to consider speak of <add>discuss</add> these several heads of the expense

it necessary to observe in speaking of these themselves under the necessity of observing in the
above their enquiries into the above four
three branches of the expenses flowing which
from delinquency of Police have delinquency for their source, has been is such as is prescribed
