And when and as often as any blank form
of any such book or register as aforesaid
shall have been composed and settled framed and
allowed as aforesaid adapted to the nature of any
such licenced trade or occupation hereby intended
to be regulated as aforesaid it shall be lawful
to the said Commissioners to cause a competent
number of copies of such Register to be printed,
and to set a price upon the same, and to cause
every person licenced to licenced to exercise and exercising such occupation
to purchase and make at such price the price so set, and constantly
to use and employ, a copy or other competent
number of such copies, observing not to set the
price thereof higher than according to the ordinary the price ordinarily charged
in the for such articles in the way of trade, nor thereby
course of trade nor so as to operate in
of any of the dealers clear rates of duly hereby intended to be
imposed

and if any licenced person to whom any
such Book or Books have been deliver by authority
of the said Commissioners been and found
shall on the occasion of any dealing transaction
the parties so by being the particulars whereof ought
to be given by such Book
