Penalty for falsehood
and forgery
touching licences

And be it further enacted that every

Every person who in case by reason of his by reason of any occupation
exercised by him or her is hereby
exercising or being required to take out any
such licence as aforesaid under and by virtue of this
act shall exercise be convicted of exercis any such occupation without
having duly taken out being so licenced as aforesaid
shall on conviction before any one Justice
of the Peace forfeit for the first offense and for
every not less than [ ] nor more than [ ]:
and for every offense committed subsequent to such his or her being
convicted under not less than [ ] nor more than
[ ] and every person who being on application
made by him or her for any such licence
shall give in any a false name or suppress conceal any part
of his or her name, or who, in any such licence
inscription as aforesaid, shall put up exhibit or wilfully
suffer to be put up exhibited any false name or suppress or wilfully suffer to be suppressed any
any part of his or her true name or shall put up exhibit
or wilfully suffer to be put up exhibited any such licence
inscription as aforesaid in manner aforesaid, without having taken out his
