154. Class the fifteenth fourteenth. Every person seeking his or her
livelyhood living by bringing for the purpose of sale, in
any Boat, Lighter or other such Vessel, to any Ship or
other such Vessel, then being in any Port or Navigable River,
or to any Boat or other such Vessel belonging to
any such Ship or other such vessel, any Garden
Stuff, Spirituous or other Liquors, Tobacco, Apparel
or other articles called Slops, or any other articles, for
the purpose of selling the same to the Crew of any
such Ship or Vessel, or to any Passengers therein. Licence duty, for every such Boat or other such Vessel so <sic>employd<sic>
within the London Police District, [ ];

such dealer, as likewise for for every such Boat or Vessel, Licenced
Water Hawker and Bumboat Keeper. a Penal sum

165. Class the sixteenth fifteenth. Every person seeking his
or her living by purchasing, (whether for outri sale <add>or by commission)+ or for his or her own use from any Ship or other
such Vessel then being in any Port or Navigable
River (of any other person other than the Master or other
Commander or Supercargo of such Ship or Vessel for the time being)
any of the stock, stores, cargo or materials in
of or then or lately belonging to such Ship or Vessel (whether such
purchase be for money or in the way of barter ) and
whether such articles so purchased be received by such
purchaser on board of such Ship or Vessel or elsewhere).
