to his music. In this time I though of a very advantageous & probable way
of turning some information I have got to good account, possibly in the
Court plan. and I recollected several things requisite to be done immediately
which I had entirely forgotten. I also noted down some Queries
which I have just now been writing sending to Henderson at Amsterdam
to be answered. Saturday morning Chas Hanbury took me to
Professor Bush at the Academy here and to Mr Norenan Governor
of the Academy that I might make enquiries for you about law
books &c. I went but was so stupid having the heart-burn all
the time that I knew not how to put a single question intelligilly.
We went however again this morning, and I managed much better.
I called with Chas Hanbury this morning on Mathias. They are upon very
intimate terms. He was excedingly civil asked us to in the most familiar
manner to come and sit with him this evening after part was gone out,
that he had got a few lasks and I knew not not what to give us.
