of the Correspondence of the Board will be

The In the following Table are shown the several Offices and Officers
to and from which Letters are appointed pass free of postage
by which the proposed exemption from the charge o
in virtue of the several Statutes therein mentioned: together
with other Government Offices to which the exemption
has not been extended, though to appearance as much
within the reason of it as the others. The danger of
abuse (it may will be observed) is proportional - not the number
of entire departments to which the exemption is granted,
but to the number of individuals to which it is granted by whom it is possesed
in the several departments. taken together.
