to remind them of it by the Memorial and that certainly Mr Dundas was the properest
person for that presenting it notwithstanding it was no longer
his official department. He observed also that dundas was
certainly a friend to the business: and that he himself
regretted very much the delay. Upon the whole though

though he would apparently a meeting you he was very
ready to see you and of course give you his opinion of your
memorial and there seems no difficulty in seeing him
