Objection 1. time insufficient:
viz. for making
known aptitude,
absolute and comparative,
as to the several
branches.
Answer 1. How short
soever aptitude absolute
and comparative
will be produced and
made known.
2. As to the several
branches, time may
be added till what
is regarded sufficient
has been made requisite.
Judicatory — its uses
1. Creation of the aptitude
by production
of the exertion.
Ways in which it is
conducive to this.
1. Assurance given to
Parents of their children
acquiring the
attainment: viz. by
the evidence produced
to Public Opinion
Tirbunal, and the
influence of it's power,
remunerative and
punitive, on their conduct.
2. Prospect afforded
of the eventual
acquisition of the official
situation.
