The Camp of Cadalagne the 21/10 June 1786

Permit me, my Friend! to give you an account of
the manner in which the Encounter I have had with
Prince Dashkaw has terminated. The Interest you
take in what concerns me authorizes me in it;
and I look upon it as incumbent upon me to lay
open to you all the Particulars of an Affair that
has made but too much Noise, and the Conclusion
of which was retarded so long.
