that one year may
be obtained by each
member, situations
unlimited in value
for his connections.
So in Assembly No. 2.
Thus may be formed
an Aristocracy composed
of the members
of the several successive
assemblies.
Notwithstanding
exclusions, the particular
and sinister
interest will remain.

with elector's
supposed aptitude.
By supposition they
are apt to choose a
representative
antecedently to their
experience of him:

such experience.
