Has authority, for receiving S.B.'s pansion, as mentd in the above Letter to be still deficient arrived - If not, what is to be done to obtain it - and how considering the many times times the pension has been received, how comes such authority to be now wanting/ 3. The necessary authority from S.B. has been been recd from Stat ad Messrs Martin's have recd his pension- The delay was occasioned by S.B.'s not sending them at the proper time an order for receiving the same- A certificate of his existence is necessary whenever payment of the pension is demanded. But a Letter written to Messrs Martins containing an order for by S.B. authorizing them to receive it is sufficient for that purpose - Bought at No 21 Great Winchelsea St. the Number of "Il Espanol Constitucionel" - Boosey the publisher having it not- pd-2s/9d- Copied from test days Morng. Chron. an extract dated St. Thomas Aug.8.1820 Called a Mr Philpot with a seal for Mr Russell to go to France- 9th Copied from to day's Morn. Chron. extracts from Naples Accounts of the 18th ult. Called a Dolby's 229 Strand with two pounds from J.B. for Mr. Hunt-took receipt for it. Took to the Traveller Office note from J.B. to Mr Coulson Bot. at Hones ath APocryphal new Testament pd 6s/-
