Appeal
This supposes the always by the Captors Agent
In power is given to the Judge when extracting
the money out of the hands of an Agent, to have in
them so much as the Judgementopinion of the Judge shall be
necessary "for the expenses of defending the said Appeal".
In the character of a precedent this provision may
be put to use. It indicates Of the whole producmass of pecuniary
povends it indicates in partportion which may require
to reamin thethe be at the disposal of an Agent: it
includes at the same time a virtual intimation that there
is also a portion will also be which need not be at the disposal
