That the proposed paper, if it be received Circulation

up to the day
at all will be received each day at a value including
the amount of interest down up to that aame
day in which it is supposed to pass is proved
to a degree of certainty equal to any that can
present itself antecedently to direct experience
by the example of the several species of Government paper
above spoken of: viz: Exchequer Bills, Navy
Bills, Victualling Bills, and Ordnance Bill, or Bills of Exchange, of which a
potion of the existing currency, nor that of inconsiderable
one is known to be composed. In all those
instances the addition in question is made notwithstanding
the trouble of calculation, against which
nine of those existing species of paper any such
relief as is proposed to be afforded by the proposed
Annuity Notes.
