at Westminster in exchange for the Annuity

is become so worn or torn as by wear and
tear reduced to ssuch a state as to be differenthas become unfit<add>unfit</add>
to circulationfor circulation to which intent I do hereby deliver
to you the said Note No 4775. in order that the

Note Office in Westminster , to be examined
