Instruction for receiving Dividends on Annuity
Notes at the Country Post-Offices.
Apply to any of the Postmaster of any of his
Majesty's Post Offices Generaler may, whether belonging to the General
Whosoever, being in possession of an Annuity
Note is desirous of receiving theinterest due thereonPost or the Penny Post, at your desire which you wish
at any Country Town, to reckon your dues is to apply to the Post,
Master of that townthe Post Office, whether (General or Penny at which he wishes to receive and give him notice of The Master will
give him
two copies of

a printed Form &
which he is to fill up
and sign, and at the
same time
such desire by signing and properly the blanks in the filling up and signing the form
to the one marked A and hereunto subjoined: hefilling up and signing the<add>a</add>printed Form of Notice similarof Notice mastered

Postmaster, who will give him his receipt for the
same by signing and filling up the blankand signing a printed Form of
