21. That on recovery his receipt for his
deposit money the customer so applying shall
sign two duplicates of a printed Form of Application
for the same: of which duplicates one
shall remain with the Postmaster, the other
shall be transmitted together with the Deposit
and Warrant to the Head Officer for the transmitting of the Note to
the Local Office in consequence.

2 THat (to simplify the business of counting)
the money (taken or at least any rate) sent with
each the No of each Note Memorandum of Sale sold out of the Stock
(viz: Stock already in hand) hand, as with each duplicate of Application
(as above mentionred) in the case of Noteseach Note bespoken, shall
be put up in a sma;; box or other appropriate
package

22. That along with such Annuity Note sold 2
Receipt for deposit
money for the Bespeaker
- duplicate
for the Head Office
shall be given & Receipt[9] (by the filling upsigning
and signingof a printed form) to the po for the purchase-money
to the pitchaser of such note; in which Receipt
the Note shall be characterized by the name No which
constitutes its name: and that of this Receipt a
duplicate, serving as an envelop for the purchase-
money, shall be transmitted to the Head
Office.

23. That the recompence for the sale of a Note
bespoken Noteby the same as far as the sale of a Note belonging
to stock in hand. [11] and that, of the penny paid by
the individual purchaser, one halfpenny be paid at the of [+] [+] of signing the Memorandum
of application
and paying the deposit,
