I should sooner have answered your
favor — but have been not quite well.
The Man who wrote you Goerge Lee is a
transport for 14 Years. The transaction
he speaks of were prior to his being
sent to the Hulks — the truth of which
at the time I doubt not were literally
true — & I fear the latter part of his
letter still continues — & in is to
be appears difficult — tho' I am
assured many have been punished — Lee's account have been sent to
Lord Pelhan & so many others —
The whole of the Convicts in this Harbour
