S.6.2.[] Legislation Ministers functions.

Art.1 To the Legislation Ministers it belongs to the
under the authority of the Legislature, to exercise the functions three functions with relation to the instruments employed
as per CH.IX S.2 with <add>in</add>relation to all other persons and all things in the business of legislation.

Visitors Citizens and others at larges, attending in their quality of
Members of the Supreme Constitutive. 6. Foreign Ministers -
Envoy. of all ranks from foreign powers. 7. Persons under or to be under examination
