S.2. Legislation Minister's functions. 3 Not to go to the

Art 1. To the Legislation Minister it belongs, under the
authority of the Legislature, to exercise the thirteenseveral functions,
as per Ch.10 S.34, appointed to be exercised in relation to all persons and
all things employed in the business of legislation.
