In the arrangemts belongg to this branch of the field of
law a very different aspect, & do not suggest the
idea of any explicit correspondency. The penal brh.

unhappiness: such remedies as present themselves as furnished
by the nature of things as being capable of being applied with

namely, the preventative, the suppressive, the satisfactive,
