1. Prevention of uncertainty When this form the alternative
proposed to be ready, is, decided and if the proposal be
adapted, actually made, the parts it, being expressly mentioned certainty is the consequence when by a fresh Statute, the
text of the body of law about it a applies to being left, unlled
it may be a matter of doubt and dispute what are the parts
meant to be affected.
