Ch. XI. Judiciary
Art. 13. 13. So in an Appellate Judicatory, for
expence of Appeal to the Public Opinion Tribunal, by
printing and publication.
Art. 14. 14. To obviate formation of seductive
connection, in each Judicatory, the Jude's term of
Service is limited to three years and a fraction: at
the end of that time, migration, as per S. 19, to another
Subdistrict, or in the case of an Appellate Judicatory, to
another District, not contiguous.
Art 15. 15. In favor of a Suitor on the Pursuer's
side, in case of suspicion entertained by him of partiality
to his prejudice on the part of the Judge, faculty therein
resulting of relieving himself from danger on that
score, by waiting, till upon the migration of the
suspected Judge, another has taken his place.
