Regulations for the Honourable Company's Weavers

Whereas v
arious Regularions have at different times,
been made particularly onthe 5th September 1775 and 22nd April
1782 for securing the Company agreeably to justice and long
established right, the labours of the manufacturers engag'd
to them.

And Whereas complaints notwithstanding still
continued of hindrances, in this respect from the interference
of native Collators. the processes of the County Courts, the dishonesty
of the manufacturers themselves,and the interloping
of other traders.
