Art.26 Sources of supply
for the above, suppose
1. For musquets and
powder with there
taxation by Legislation
or Sub Legislature, imposed
either in the District or on
the Sub district according
to its ability and relation
needs say, from conquity
or vicinity to a foreign
territory.
2. So for rifles, and will
powder and ball.

Art. 276 Sources of supply suppose as follows
1. For musquets small guns ordinary firelocks and powder with them, taxation by the imposed
by the allow by the Legislation or by the Sublegislation of the
imposed, either on the whole District, or on this or that Sub District,
according to its ability and used: for need, for example in respect
of ambiguity of vicinity in foreign territory.
