S VI. Indigence Relief Minister

S.II.VII. Indigence-Relief Minister's functions.

Article 1. To the Indigence Relief Minister belong to
three functions relatively to all Government arrangements,
having for their object the affording relief to indigence.

Articel 2. SO by the exercise of the function,
to keep in state of appropriate aptitude all such Establishments
as, having this serve for their object,
are on foot or in progress under the direction of Government.
