Abstract
Ch XIII The only particular interests that belong in strictness
to the present enquiry , are those which are
affected by the particular mode of operation employd by the particular proposed
measure . The consideration of those any such
interests as would equally be affected , in whatever
other made were employd , for accomplishing an object the common ,
so invariably determined to be accompli are foreign to
the is foreign to the present case.
The particular interests in which it bears ,
are of course the several interests concerned in the
species of paper money already in circulation . —
