So much for mischievous. As to non-decision,
so far as it has non-commencement for its cause it is to the
fee-harvest no profit all loss. But the non commencement,
it coincides with delay: it is delay produced by
that particular cause: and all delay being while it lasts
devoid of justice to the plaintiff, operates as an encouragement
to dishonest defences. So true it is that for years
a regular partnership has been carried and continues to be
notoriously carried on between dishonest men with other mens money
in their pockets, and the Judge and Co partnership form of Judge and Co. By
Judge and Co constantly offered a sale as the commencement
