Quere whether to insert this example?

One use of government is to enable those who have share
in it to employ apply public money in the paying for payment for
private service

Like the lawyer as well as the professional man
of every other class, the medical man even the medical
man is not altogether without his sinister interest: but of
sinister interest in this case no such public insincerity
as in the case of the lawyer is the fruit.

1 It is the interest of the medical man of every class
and in some cases even of the patient himself, that
