This lets in some light upon
the cause of reprompt his

is nothing which obliges the Writ of hnns
appeals to be presented within a particular
time, as there is in the can of the English
Egenty Appeals which lack must be
presented within 11 days after the commence-
-ment of the Session.

amount of the English or Irish charm kiss of
Caron appeals presented to the H of Lds is
obtained or obtainable. Thus the English +
