Reason proper. Inaccessible to them they can not endure the
thought of its being conceived and executed by others
An objection which has been frequently heard to
be made against Codification in general will apply applies with
at least equal force and propriety and force to that
same process operation when applied to the subject of Procedure
This is the apparent alledged impossibility of comprehending the
undertaking the supposed impossibility of comprehending
by any f taking an all comprehensive view of the subject
and giving utterance to the result in an adequately
expressive body of discourse The answer is — a denial
of the antecedent — and a denial that even if the antecedent
was admitted the consequence would c follow
If those by whom the antecedent is at
which it plain enough is — they are utterly unacquainted
with that sort of information the possession of
which would be necessary to warrant a person in
pronouncing any such opinion they are unacquainted
with the power of the human mind, and of the power
there is in language as to the giving apt expression to
the results of the exercise of those powers as applied to
the subject in question That Of possibility

proof that which has then been pronounced impossible
may have to ultimately serve them

such exhaustive plan might of itself have sufficient to
st as a practical demonstration of the grandification of the
supposite.
