To the On the occasion of the lately undertaken
reform amongst other incongruities those yet under consideration the sort of pleas distinguished
from the rest by the name of sham pleas. As
these are introduced was put: and what was the consequence:
so far from lessened delay vexation and expense
were encreased. How should it have been otherwise. These
were exactly the cases in which delay vexation and expense
were at a minimum. Sham plea The lying pleas called
Sham pleas were the shortest of all plea lying pleas:
and all pleas will without exception all pleas were and are
lying ones: driven out of this least mischievous and expense
fact: stronghold of delay of facilities
were chosen perforce into others in which the stock of
that pretious commodity is inexhaustible.

Here then was a change and what change? From bad
to worse: and from which could then what better
can generally be expected:

He who can not see, that which lying is authorized
and rewarded lying will continue to be prehended, what is it
that he can see.
