In the July Speech a set of are alluded
to be the description of Those whose projects, if successful
(says the July Speech,) "could only aggravate the evils which it is professed to
"remedy: and who, on pretence of reform, have really
"no other object than the subversion of out happy
"Constitution. The To those persons in whom "machinations"
are imputed, and these machinations , that Lords and Gentleman are immediately called upon,
or in co-operation with
"the Magistrate"-

That the person here glanced at were the radicalists,
will not I suppose it is believed, be disputed. But " " the
"purchase of reform, really have no other object" &c? by
this what is it that is meant?
