The case stands thus stands thus: IN justification of them as proof of the
necessity a charge is made what is alledged is that
by the supposition or by means of the supporters of radical reform whether with or without changing the direct correspondent
intention, some great evil, unless prevented by these
measures, will be produced by and it is for the prevention of this evil
that not only these reformists, but all the other members
of the whole community, are deprived of so many large apart of those
against misrule which the state of theits laws,
the Kingdom establishments institution, and mo customs, and modes of thinking has till now afforded. I
