Radicalism not
Of the 12 millions of lots, some then would be, of at
present Time: the same is thus ample, unquestionably.
But on the other hand there are others , many of
what taken together would not compose a mass of property ill
any thing a mass of property sufficient for the purchase of so much as a single
meal. And of these there would than unfortunately be hundreds of thousands thousands. to go no
further: which the rich ones abovementioned would scarcely be to be reckoned
by hundreds.
